Shipping Policy
Shipping fees will be added to the item prices listed on the website. Shipping fees are charged for delivery to one destination, even if more than one item was ordered.
Due to high order volume, please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders within Israel are expected to arrive within 5–15 business days (shipped from our overseas warehouse). Due to high demand, shipping times may take longer than usual.
goldin will deliver products to the customer via pickup points or home delivery. After receiving your order confirmation by email, you will receive an additional notification within a few days once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
For the avoidance of doubt, a "business day" for the purposes of these terms refers to Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and days of rest.
goldin is not responsible for any act and/or omission of the shipping company and will not compensate customers for delays caused by shipping companies.
Without detracting from the above, the customer agrees that goldin shall not be liable for delays in product delivery due to events beyond its control, such as strikes or lockouts, failures in communication, telephone, and/or computer systems, hostile actions, and/or force majeure events such as war, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, and the like.
It is hereby clarified that delivery of products may be conditional upon the customer presenting a valid ID and/or the order confirmation number received from the ordering system, at the sole and absolute discretion of the site operator. It is agreed that the site operator and/or anyone on its behalf may require any additional means of identification, at its discretion, as a condition for handing over items to the customer.
It is hereby clarified that once a shipment has been dispatched to the customer, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds may only be processed in accordance with the procedure detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Any action such as refusing a package, failing to answer the courier, failing to collect a package from a pickup point, etc., immediately forfeits all rights the customer has against goldin. goldin will not credit, exchange, or compensate in any way customers who refused their shipment. Such customers waive their rights against goldin and are not entitled to a refund or any compensation.
In special cases where the company considers issuing a credit as a goodwill gesture, the following will be deducted from the credit amount: the original shipping cost, processing fees, the cost of returning the package to goldin's warehouse, and restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse any shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Please Note
To ensure your package is delivered properly and within the timeframe we publish, please make sure your address has been entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information. We do not take responsibility for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered if the address details provided were incorrect or improperly entered at the time of purchase.
goldin is not responsible for delays in shipment or packages being returned to the warehouse. All goldin products ship from our overseas warehouse, and therefore delays may occur. Delivery times depend on the shipping carriers. Please contact us if you have not received an update that your package has arrived in Israel within 20 business days from the date you received your tracking number, and we will look into the matter thoroughly.
Import Taxes & Fees
goldin is not responsible for any import taxes and fees incurred from your order. The local logistics authority will contact you regarding payment to the relevant authorities.
