Cancellations, Exchanges, Changes & Returns Policy

The following details the order cancellation and/or product return policy and its terms: goldin – the online store supplying the products. The Customer – the person making a purchase, order, or exchange at the store.


Cancellation of a Purchase

A purchase may be cancelled within one hour of completing the order on the website, provided the item has not yet been shipped. The cancellation request must be submitted via email through the website form (using the option "I want to cancel my order"), along with a valid order number. If the shipment has not left and the notice was submitted correctly, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

If a customer wishes to cancel more than one hour after placing the order, goldin will make its best effort to cancel if the order has not yet left the warehouse — but without any commitment to do so. If the customer still wishes to cancel, they must wait for the package to arrive and initiate a credit process as detailed below.


Product Exchanges

The customer is entitled to one exchange of the received product within 14 days of receiving the package (as shown by the tracking number provided with each order), provided the product was only tried on to check fit and not used in a way that could cause wear or damage. The exchange is carried out by sending the product to goldin's warehouse or another address provided by customer service.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

goldin provides size exchanges only and does not commit to color or model exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange for a different product, color, or model, they must follow the process detailed in section 7.b below.

The right to exchange is granted once per order only. Multiple items from the same order must be exchanged together — items from a single order cannot be exchanged at different times.


Conditions for Returning Products

The returned product must be in new condition, unused, and with original tags attached. Receiving a credit or gift voucher is conditional on the product being returned without defects or damage. If the product is returned in a condition not meeting these requirements, the customer will not be entitled to any credit (neither monetary nor a store voucher).


Monetary Refunds

If a customer wishes to receive a monetary refund, two options will be presented. By making a purchase on the goldin website, the customer acknowledges that no special treatment will be given to their individual case.

7.a. Refund to original payment method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method only and cannot be changed. The refund is subject to a deduction of 5% of the order amount + ₪30 cancellation fee. The deduction is calculated from the original transaction value (e.g., returning a ₪100 item results in a ₪65 refund). The refund will be processed once the shipment is received at goldin's warehouse, and issued the following business day. The refund will appear in the customer's account within 5 business days. The ₪30 cancellation fee applies to every transaction regardless of discounts or promotions, is non-refundable, and is deducted from the original transaction amount.

7.b. Store gift voucher: The voucher will be issued for the full original transaction amount and can be used on any goldin products. Receiving the voucher is conditional on sending the product by mail with a tracking number to goldin's warehouse in Israel. This option is at goldin's sole discretion, with no commitment to exchanging for a different model, color, or any other variation from the original product.


Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased as part of sales, coupon codes, and/or end-of-season promotions may only be returned/exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.


Coupon Codes

A gift code — also referred to as "credit," "store voucher," "credit voucher," or any other name used by the site operator or customer service representative to indicate a voucher or coupon code redeemable at checkout — will be valid for a period of two years from the date of receipt.


Additional Clarifications

  • All refunds/credits require presentation of an order confirmation.
  • If a customer receives a defective product, goldin will be responsible for replacing it at no cost, provided that proof (photo or video) is sent to goldin's customer service email (listed on the website) within 48 hours of receiving the package (per the tracking number). The replacement of a defective product is at goldin's sole discretion. Defective products cannot be credited or exchanged — the customer's only option in such a case is to receive a new shipment, fully provided and paid for by goldin. A shipment compensating for a defective product counts as the first shipment for the purposes of future exchanges and returns.
  • goldin and the site operator reserve the exclusive right to cancel any order without prior notice and without obligation to provide an explanation, at their sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. The customer agrees to have no claims against goldin for orders cancelled by goldin.
